• Studio plugin integration

To use Kodex, you must:

• Have a valid Roblox account
• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas
• Share your account credentials
• Reverse engineer our plugin or services
• Generate malicious or harmful code
• Violate Roblox's Terms of Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Kodex offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of code generated through our service. However, we reserve the right to use anonymized data to improve our AI models.

Kodex is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Any bugs or errors in generated code
• Loss of data or projects
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification or discontinuation.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment
• At our discretion

10. Governing Law

Kodex is operated by SW33R Systems FZCO. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the rules applicable to IFZA and FZCO entities. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
